By using this site or our services (free or paid) you agree that if you receive a record deal through our efforts or not (because email trails can sometimes get tricky), while we are providing services for you or up to 18 months after we provide services for you, that you will permanently include Steven Jennings and BestArtistRep.com in your permanent biography. You are only required to acknowledge that you utilized our services.

If a customer cannot afford the entire price of a service (or services) in advance, we will from time to time, and at our discretion, agree to accept a non-refundable deposit of half the entire amount of the entire price of the service (or services) in advance, and we will require the remaining balance due to be paid to BestArtistRep.com before the customer is given the completed project.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We are not a Talent Agency. We do not manage multiple artists. We do not provide booking. We do not provide agents. The name of our website is foremost short for Best Artist Repertoire (A&R).
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You will hereby grant Best Artist Rep Magazine Inc. and their affiliated companies permission to the rights of your image, likeness and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or video tape or in print magazine without any other consideration, because you are sending us your music, or photos and you are seeking our help to do something desired by you for your career. You understand that your image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. You also understand that this material may be used in diverse promotional and or musical entertainment industry or Television (National and Local) or Radio settings within an unrestricted geographic area. Please keep in mind, our whole purpose is to POSITIVELY PROMOTE YOU. So in return we ask that you be professional, read our instructions, contact us when you need help and submit the requested items to us in the requested formats within the required timelines. If you sign up for our Newsletter you will receive emails from us and updates. If you send us your phone number, you may receive text messages and calls about services and deals regarding Best Artist Rep.

Our store is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix.com stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Refunds for non-time sensitive services:
To be eligible for a refund, BestArtistRep.com would have to fail to contact you and fail to begin the initial process of providing your service within 30 days. All services other than Press Releases are considered non-time sensitive services. Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will however ensure that your purchased service is provided within 90 days of your initial purchase, or within 30 days of us coming to knowledge that your service has not been initiated. We realize that from time to time there are administrative oversights, and it is our intention to provide each and every purchased service in a timely manner.
Refunds for time sensitive services:
Press Releases are considered time sensitive services. If we fail to meet the deadline of your press release you are entitled to a full refund.
Once your request for refund is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at .
